Ms. Lee can pen a story that
wrings the emotions from a reader with characters that are so real,
and situations that are realistically today’s dramas. The suspense
in the story keeps the reader on the edge of her seat, and with so
many ‘red herrings’, never quite certain who the killer/pursuer is.
A definite "Don’t miss this one" recommend! This reviewer eagerly
looks forward to the next book! Kari Thomas,

DENIM DETECTIVE by Adrianne Lee will
have you reaching for the tissue as well as have you on the edge of
your seat. Ms Lee draws you in from the first page, and keeps you
guessing who is trying to harm them until the end. I always loved Ms
Lee's work, but DENIM DETECTIVE without a doubt is my favorite of
hers so far.
I highly recommend DENIM DETECTIVE and know you too will love it as
much as I did.

If you haven't read a book by Adrianne
Lee, you are missing something
special. Adrianne is great on tension, writing a tightly written and
interesting story. The shattered romance must be rebuilt. The cop
and his
lady have problems to work out while a killer is out there trying to
make
Beau's life a misery by working out how to kill Deedre. "Denim
Detective"
has all the elements and more. Go for it, if you like romance. Go
for it,
if you like suspense and intrigue.

This is one the most intriguing books I've read in a great while. I was
hooked immediately and whizzed through this book with great speed.
Beau Shanahan lost his daughter in a car accident in which his wife's
brakes were cut and she lost control of the jeep. Only Deedra wouldn't
believe that their daughter was dead. In fact Beau thought Dee was going crazy
when she wouldn't give up the idea that Callie wasn't dead.
Then she started acting crazy and saying that someone was trying to kill her.
Finally she couldn't take it any more and ran.
Beau had only one thing on his mind and that was revenge on the man who started
all of this. Floyd Mann wanted revenge too because one of Beau's deputies killed
Floyd's wife and unborn child. Beau just knows that Floyd is the reason his
daughter is dead and his wife has gone off the deep end.
He just wants things back to normal or as normal as they can be.
When Dee needs an operation for a tumor in her uterus and is almost given the
wrong blood, she knows that whoever wanted to kill her has discovered where she
fled so she decides to go home and confront Beau with her suspicious and make
him believe her. She's tired of running. She just wants all of this horror her
life has become to end.
Adrianne Lee once again has penned an extraordinarily fascinating read. She kept
me guessing until the very end. Each time I thought I'd figured out who the
villain was, she's throw out another red herring! For those fans of intriguing
romantic suspense, I highly recommend this one.
